Medreleaf Corp. will list an additional five million shares at the open on Jan. 31, 2018, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in its short form prospectus dated Jan. 22, 2018, the company will issue five million units at $26.50 per unit in an offering. Each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $34.50 per share for two years after closing. According to the TSX, the warrants will not be listed and posted for trading.
